TEC PU and PSCST are organizing Transfer of Technology Conference for Industry and Academia

The Conference on Transfer of Technology is jointly being organized by Technology Enabling Centre (TEC), under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, and the Punjab State Council for Science & Technology (PSCST), Department of Science, Technology & Environment, Government of Punjab.

About the Conference

This conference is an attempt to bring all the stakeholders on a single platform. The scientists will talk about their technologies/products in front of industry representatives. Scientist will be given stage time (offline/online) of 8 minutes to articulate their technology. In the audience will be the people from industry that will be present offline or through online mode. Purpose of the presentation will be to do transfer of technology (ToT) from academia to industry. Students will also be present in the audience and it is expected that some students will consider erecting their startups around technologies presented by the scientist. DST-TEC@PU will not only assist the academicians in tech-transfer but also guide academia/industries in seeking finances from funding agencies, if the need arises.

Venue: Panjab University, Chandigarh
