Technology Platform

To achieve the larger goal of "Atma Nirbhar Bharat "for sustainable and inclusive growth of the nation, a major emphasis is being placed on the development and deployment of indigenous technologies. With this goal in mind, the Technology Platform under STI Data Portal Punjab,has been established to present locally developed technologies (organized by sector/domain), having potential for commercial use on a single platform and to strengthen& foster systematic interconnections. Through this platform, businesses, early stage entrepreneurs, start-ups, and private entitiescan access and leverage technologies and innovations being developed atleading higher education and research institutions, public and private universities, CSIR labs, and other scientific organizations within Punjab. Furthermore, it will facilitate collaboration among these entities for further development and commercialization of innovative products and technologies that address crucial socio-economic needs of the region and India. It is a comprehensive initiative to build a strong Science Technology and Innovation (STI) ecosystem in Punjab.
